St Vincent's still not pay compliant

St Vincent's Hospital in Dublin is now the only Section 38 agency deemed not to be in compliance with public pay policy, according to the HSE.
The hospital faces having 20% of its funding withheld if it does not meet compliance requirements by Friday.
Four other agencies deemed not to be in compliance late last week - St James's Hospital, Brothers of Charity South and South East and St John of God - have now met pay policy requirements, according to the HSE.
Agencies are deemed to be in compliance if they cease unauthorised top-ups to senior staff or if they present a business case for the continuation of these allowances.
Many agencies have presented business cases and are awaiting a wait a response on whether they can continue payments.
